In December 2016 checks for the scholarship(s) were sent to the graduate(s) college or university he/she designated.

  Beginning in February 2017, our mailing campaign to raise funds will begin.  Letters will be sent to local business and families requesting donations.

  In May, our annual Plant/Bake Sale will be held at Hancock School.  Annuals, perennials, vegetables, trees, and hanging baskets are available as well as delicious baked goods.  The sale will run from 9 a.m. to 12.  Donations of garden plants as you prepare your spring garden would be appreciated.  The date will be posted as we get closer to May.

    At Mid-May, the Award Committee will notify the various high schools of the Scholarship Recipients which will be awarded at Class Night.
